Given that our Vision incorporates quality at the heart of our delivery to customers, Lumison has to ensure that suitable, externally recognised management systems are in place. It will be no surprise then to see that our quality management systems are fully audited to ISO9001:2000, Investors in People accredited, and are working to security standards set out in ISO17799 (BS7799) and the PCI DSS.

Trade associations and memberships

We also work through a number of trade and related organisations to ensure good governance as the telecommunications market is regulated. These include Linx, ICTIS (now called Payphone Plus), Ofcom, ISPA, ITSPA, a number of Chambers of Commerce, the SCDI (Scottish Council for Development and Industry) and the SCG (Scottish Continuity Group).
