Measuring customer satisfaction is never an exact science – but here's a good place to start: the Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that is used to measure and gauge the loyalty of customer relationships.

With the average NPS score for the top UK retail brands coming in at 25 (September 2009), we're delighted Lumison scored considerably higher with 33.7.  

So, firstly a big thank you. Secondly, keep sending us your feedback. In response to what you told us, we listened and addressed your concerns as best as we could, including:

  • Adding IMAP email access to the bundled email that comes with a web hosting service
  • Upgrading the standard disk quotas to 1GB
  • Providing a better value ADSL offering by upgrading our entry level ADSL to being ADSL Max (up to 8Mb) as standard.
