Receiving email

Here at Lumison we provide three different configurations that allow you to receive your email. Below you will find information to help you decide which of the three solutions is best for you and how you can order, setup, troubleshoot and cancel your email services.

Sending Email

Sending of email is determined by the internet connection you are using at the time you are trying to send.
There are various options you can use when sending from a Lumison internet connection:

SMTP Relay or DNS Delivery

Sending Email via IPass or from a non-Lumison internet connection

Sending larger quantities of Email

Additional email configuration (applies to POPboxes and ETRN mail)

Anti-Virus email scanning

Spam and Junk mail

Setting up spam scanning on your account

Setting up email auto-responder

Blocking email from specific addresses

Blocking Lumison anti-virus quarantine messages

Additional Services

Now that you are up and running with your standard email services you may want to look in to using a mailing list for announcements or discussion, or you could sign up to some of the news groups using the Lumison news server.
