As an existing customer of Lumison, we choose to use Lumison's iPBX product because of the high level of service Lumison provide and frankly, I wouldn't have entrusted our phone system to anyone else.

We desperately needed to update our antiquated phone system in the office, as well as find a way to have remote workers.Our costs were spiralling out of control.

 

When looking at comparable PBX solutions (both hardware and Centrex-based), Lumison’s iPBX solution covered us comfortably on all of our bases, as well as exceeding our expectations with various other features. The costs meant we had very little initial outlay and our monthly bills were much cheaper.

 

Many problems were solved with the new iPBX system. Our old PBX system had a limited number of incoming lines and a larger number of extensions. This meant we would reach capacity very quickly and people would not be able to get through to us. With the Lumison iPBX we effectively have unlimited lines: even if all our phones are being used and voicemail is always there as a backup.

 

Clearing the answering machine has always been a laborious task that everyone in the office hates!With our new system, voicemail messages come in as sound files attached to an email.We can listen to a message, store it and pass it to a colleague or whatever. What's great is when you didn't quite catch the number - it's written in the message subject!

 

Being very early adopters of this new product, let alone a new technology, we expected to experience some teething problems. When we did run into issues, we were amazed as to how quickly and effectively these were fixed. The guys at Lumison bent over backwards to make sure we stayed online glitch-free, and quickly accommodated our particular needs on the new system.
