4sight choose Lumison as they are a local based ISP with the infrastructure of a nationally based organisation company, which could provide a service that fitted our needs. We started with SDSL then took web hosting and now we have a Metro Ethernet line.
When we first approached Lumison as we wanted to reduce the cost of our expensive leased line that went down to London. Lumsion were able to offer us an alternative solution, SDSL, which gave us pretty much the same service for a fraction of the price. We also liked the fact that we were still able to receive an excellent SLA with SDSL.
When we moved to our new offices in December 2004, we took the opportunity to upgrade our connection to Metro Ethernet. This meant we could continue doing business in the way we wanted and in a cost effective manner.
Whilst moving office we felt Lumison went out of their way to help us get the Metro Ethernet line in the quickest time possible. From initial order to final installation we felt that Lumison kept regular contact and that the whole team worked very effectively in order to deliver our service in the quickest possible time.
Lumison Metro Ethernet line’s are very reliable. We like the fact that you can pick up the phone to Lumison and have an engineer at the other end of the line.
