We had to look at changing our Internet connectivity in order to grow with our expanding business. Lumison’s pre-sales information was fantastic and we felt very confident choosing them based on price, continuous communication from pre-sales and knowledge of the product.

The cost was the best we had seen and the pre-sales support was excellent.

We are now running voice between both our Edinburgh and Glasgow sites. In order to achieve this we needed an ISP, which could deliver quality of service and have a very reliable connection. By upgrading to two Lumison leased lines we were able to achieve this and connect both offices seamlessly together. The bottom line is that Lumison have helped us reduce our phone bill quite substantially by enabling us to run voice between both sites.

The physical connections and level of service has been excellent. I am particularly impressed by the level of communication from the technical side of the company too. Every time Lumison need to make an adjustment to our service we receive an email outlining in detail what they are going to do, when they will do it and how it will or will not affect us.
