The Customer Area is a control panel where you can administer your Lumison services online.

If you are logging into the Customer Area for the first time then you will need to set your password, using the "reset password" feature on the login page. Once you have a password to the customer area then you can use it to log in to administer your services or pay your Lumison bills.
