Lumison has long valued our relationship with partners across the UK with their own unique focus and specialism – all united by the fact that they rely on Lumison and our business-class infrastructure to support their clients. As such, our partner scheme has evolved to support the key types of Partners that we work with in order to best suit their needs.

 

Broadband Partners

These are typically IT support and service businesses, who need to deliver reliable broadband for their clients as an integral part of their offering. These VARs benefit a great deal from the high quality of technically qualified support, in that they don’t have to spend their valuable time explaining to a customer service desk the nature of a problem or requirement. These partners can speak to a qualified team who respect and trust the technical judgement of the partner “on the ground” so to speak, who can support customer issues from the other end of the network from our team.

 

Affiliate Partners

These are a wide variety of companies from advisors and consultants through to IT, web and online service businesses who do not want to have a reseller relationship with their ISP, but can and do make introductions for business to Lumison as a reliable pair of hands to entrust with their end client.

 

Premier Partners

These businesses are involved in regular procurement of Internet access and datacentre services for their clients. They will typically require a wide range of services from xDSL for remote office and home workers through to leased lines, MetroEthernet and of course datacentre infrastructure. They are fully versed in the Lumison service portfolio and how we work. This allows us to work constructively with them on complex solution design and deployment for significant clients in the larger SME, Corporate and Government markets.
