What do I get?

Our broadband services are delivered using your existing telephone line. The service includes:

  • ADSL service with line speed options of 2Mb up to 8Mb/s (singleADSL Max option)
  • POP3 email account, with forwarding and auto-responders
  • Static IP for use with VPN and firewall applications
  • 50Mb web space with CGI / PHP / ASP scripting support
  • Email virus and spam filtering
  • Dialup modem or ISDN service available as backup connection
  • Absolutely no usage quotas or limits
  • Broadband router options include single user, 4-port, wireless and VPN models
  • broadbandSLA option available to provide business-class monitoring, SMS alerts and improved Service Level Agreement in the event of line faults or technical problems.

And unlike many ISPs today, we don't impose a "Fair Usage Policy" on our customers!
